Omega Vintage Speedmaster Chronograph Moon Watch - Ref 145.022-78 Manufactured Circa 1986*
Features "First watch on the Moon" caseback engraving with curved inscription.
The 145.022 was the first Speedmaster to use the Caliber 861 movement, replacing the renowned Caliber 321.
Over its production run (1968-1986), the 145.022 had various sub-references (e.g., 145.022-69, 145.022-76, 145.022-78) with subtle differences in dials, bezels, and casebacks.
This model is 145.022-78 and represents the very end production of the 145.022 model.
Condition: Pre-Owned in lightly worn condition with visible signs of careful and conistent wear over the years. All pictures are of actual watch.
